For those interested in an extended experience of Italian food and wine, we offer week-long trips to various locations in Italy, with daily cooking classes, restaurant meals, and excursions.

Cooking and wine appreciation are like languages, and all languages require immersion for fluency. Over the course of 6 days, we will explore the unique culinary and oenological tradition of the region which we’re visiting, with daily excursions to visit wineries, food artisans, museums, and important cultural sites. Group size is capped at 7 to ensure a personalized and intimate experience.
